By deploying a potential direct hire employee as a temporary worker through Superior’s Contract-to-Direct Hire Program, customers can assess an individual’s on-the-job performance prior to committing to direct employment.  Superior employs the same seasoned recruiting teams that source candidates for temporary and direct positions, ensuring that qualified resources are identified rapidly.  And when contract workers are deployed through Superior’s temporary labor program, they can be converted to direct employees at anytime.  Conversions are funded via a graduated fee scale determined by the worker’s time-on-assignment.
